Sarah, at Painted Primrose, has been the florist for four of our children's weddings. She is a wonderful designer and all her creations are dazzling and unique. She is very careful about listening to the bride and groom's expectations and then making suitable suggestions. She is conscientious of budgeting issues and always works within the parameters the bride and groom has set. We have loved her beautiful creations for our weddings. Each wedding reception was distinctive with a style that matched the bride and groom largely in part to her beautiful floral creations. She really is extraordinarily gifted in floral design. The day of the wedding and reception she has always been on time and her calm, sweet demeanor adds a serenity to the day that is appreciated by all! She really is THE BEST!!!
