The Painted Primrose does except returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please contact us before returning any item.

If item arrives defective, Painted Primrose will replace item and pay shipping fee.

If item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us so that we may file a shipping claim.
